WORKSHOPS
Interactive, purposeful workshops that meet your staff’s needs
We both design and deliver workshops. Examples include training others on-the-job for the MRC (see case study), first line manager development at the VLA (see case study) and coaching at Registers of Scotland (see case study).
We can also design workshops so that your trainers or staff can deliver them. We have had a long history of designing workshops for delivery by in-house teams, such as workshops we designed for the DVLA, the Assets Recovery Agency and the AA. Recent examples include technical skills at Natural England (see case study) and employment practices and management development for M&S (see case study).
We can also deliver workshops when the client already has the materials but needs a training team to deliver them. We delivered a suite of courses on performance management to Otto plc (Grattan).
