WHERE DOES ALL THE TIME GO?  (PROGRAMME)

 

The workshop aims to assist staff and first time managers to get in control of their working days. It is a one-day workshop but could be combined with our Dealing with Stress workshop to make a two-day event, or run as a blended option together with an e-learning module.

 

 

OBJECTIVES

At the end of this workshop, you will be better able to:

®  analyse how you use your time at present

®  recall the principles of effective time management

®  use your diary as a time management tool

®  prioritise your work

®  evaluate your most common time-wasters
