TRAINING OTHERS ON-THE-JOB  (PROGRAMME)

 

This workshop aims to assist anyone who conducts one-the-job training for colleagues on a one-to-one or group basis.

 

OBJECTIVES

 At the end of this workshop, participants will be better able to:

®  create a good learning environment

®  prepare effectively for an on-the-job training session
