IMPROVING PERFORMANCE THROUGH COACHING (PROGRAMME)

 

The workshop aims to assist managers to become fluent in using coaching as a management tool. It is a one-day workshop but could be expanded and run as a two-day event.

 

 

OBJECTIVES

At the end of this workshop, participants will be better able to:

 

®  adopt a "coaching approach" towards a performance management discussion

®  set appropriate targets for staff

®  match appropriate training and development solutions to the individual

®  review and practise the individual key skills required for an effective performance management discussion

®  apply a combination of relevant skills in a performance management discussion.
